As I'm sure my collegaues will attest I am an avid online shopper; to the extent that as an office we are on first name terms with the local Hermes courier 'Mike' and even debated whether we should buy him a box of chocolates at Christmas. 

 I have an ASOS Premier account ("unlimited next-day delivery or nominated day delivery with no minimum order value for a whole year") and was excited when they launched voucher points earlier this year - "keep shopping, keep earning!"

And I never thought I would change or stop but this article and others like it have given me reason to pause and reflect on my shopping habits.
